absolutely lovely location, cute hotel, delightful food. i loved the comfortable bed in my king room. the rooftop restaurant was clean, excellent service. magnificent mile district was worth staying in. beautiful reception. you guys made my stay exceptional.

Very scenic location, big size property, nice beds. I loved the executive premier king suite I was given, it had iron/ironing board, balcony and coffee. The beach was clean. Also, I was 5 minutes by walk from a downtown museum. Early check-in & marvellous service.

I had a superb time and will be back. An English breakfast with eggs, cereals and slices of fresh bread. Bed was lovely, I loved cool room. Really excellent staff & well-maintained pool.

Location was within 10 min walking distance to oak street beach. Pool available in the hotel. Decent base for a city trip in Chicago! Honestly nothing too much trouble...
